Transcript of records - Exchange students

Important

For any question about the grades shown in the transcript of records, please contact the professor responsible for the course well in advance. The International Relations Office cannot change examination dates or grades.

Transcript availability dates

At the end of each semester, the International Relations Office of the Faculty of Social Work will send your transcript of records to your UCM email account, with a copy to your home university (International Office or Erasmus Office).

We will not be able to send the transcript of records until the grades have been uploaded by the teachers. The transcript of records will be available:

> First semester transcript of records: from 8 February 2027

> Transcript of records for the second semester or full academic year: from 9 June 2027

> Transcript of records including resit examination grades: from 9 July 2027

Grades may appear in the Campus Virtual as an early indication of assessment results. However, there are not considered final until they have been officially incorporated into the student's academic transcript. This process may involve a short time delay. The Transcript of Records will be issued once all grades are officially reflected in the academic transcript.
