At the end of each semester, the International Relations Office of the Social Work Faculty will send your transcript of records to your email @ucm.es with a copy to your home university (International Office or Erasmus Office).

We will not be able to send the transcript of records until the grades have been uploaded by the teachers. The transcript of records will be available:

     > First semester transcript of records: from the 2nd of February 2026

     > Transcript of records for the second semester or full academic year: from the 10th of June 2026

     > Transcript of records for the retake exams grades: from the 8th of July 2026

Grades may appear in the Campus Virtual as an early indication of assessment results. However, there are not considered final until they have been officially incorporated into the student's academic transcript. This process may involve a short time delay. The Transcript of Records will be issued once all grades are officially reflected in the academic transcript.
