Important: For any problems related to the Transcript of Records' grades, please contact the professor of the course well in advance. The International Office is not competent to change exam dates or grades.

 

 

 

At the end of each semester, the International Relations Office of the Social Work Faculty will send your transcript of records to your email @ucm.es with a copy to your home university (International Office or Erasmus Office).

We will not be able to send the transcript of records until the grades have been uploaded by the teachers. The transcript of records wil be available:

     > First semester transcript of records: from the 2nd of February 2026

     > Transcript of records for the second semester or full academic year: from the 10th of June 2026

     > Transcript of records for the retake exams grades: from the 8th of July 2026

If you have taken a language course at UCM, do not forget to pick up your certificate at the Language Center before leaving for your country.
