Timetables, Classrooms and Teachers - Exchange Students
Timetables, Classrooms and Teachers - Exchange Students
Courses are organized into groups (A, B, C, etc.), which correspond to theoretical classes, and subgroups (A1, A2, B1, B2, etc.), which correspond to practical classes or seminars.
Enrollment is managed by the Faculty through the GEA (Academic Management System), according to capacity and availability of places. The group and subgroup are automatically assigned at the time of enrollment. However, students may request a change of group or subgroup if it better suits their schedule, as long as there are available places and within the first two weeks after the beginning of the semester.
Important: The group and subgroup must match (for example, A with A1 or A2..., B with B1 or B2....). It is not possibleto combine different groups and subgroups, as the academic organization and timetables are linked.
