Schedule, Exams and Classrooms - Exchange Students
Courses are organized into groups (A, B, C, etc.), which correspond to theoretical classes, and subgroups (A1, A2, B1, B2, etc.), which correspond to practical classes or seminars.
Enrollment is managed by the Faculty through the GEA system, according to capacity and availability of places. The group and subgroup are automatically assigned at the time of enrollment. However, students may request a change of group or subgroup if it better suits their schedule, as long as there are available places and within the first two weeks after the beginning of the semester.
Important: The group and subgroup must have the same letter (for example, A with A1, B with B1....). It is not possible to combine a group and a subgroup with different letters.
