PsiCall is a psychological care service that uses telematic means and is aimed at covering the psychosocial needs of the students of the Complutense University of Madrid.

The main means of communication to provide this service differs according to the characteristics of each demand and the preference of the callers, being the telephone the main tool of PsiCall, supported by chat and email. This allows us to provide a rapid response to urgent problems and to provide guidance, counseling and psychological care.

The team is formed by a group of professionals with expertise in emergency psychology, catastrophes and telephone care, with experience in clinical practice.
