From the drop-down menus, select:
- "Provincia Seleccionada": Madrid.
- "Selecciona Oficina": CNP Padre Piquer, Padre Piquer 18 (this is office that appears in the online booking system)
- "Selecciona Trámites: TRÁMITES POLICÍA NACIONAL": POLICIA-CERTIFICADO DE REGISTRO DE CIUDADANO DE LA UE.

Passport/ID, full name, email, phone number....
| Step 4. Choose date & time |
Pick and available date and confirm
| Step 5. Attend your appointment |
Bring all required documents you prepared in the "Documents typically required" section
