Arrival Certificate - Exchange Student

The Certificate of Arrival must be provided by the home institution, completed by the student and signed by the host institution (UCM), to confirm the start of the mobility. If the home institution does not require it, it is not necessary to submit it to the UCM

The arrival date in Spain is not considered the start of the mobility, which begins with the academic activity.

The stay will officially begin on the first day of the academic period corresponding to the semester the student is going to attend, provided that the student completes their enrollment during the first week at the International Relations Office of the Faculty of Social Work. It will  not be possible to extend the stay before the official start of the academic period

Please note: If you attend the UCM Welcome Session any day before the semester starts, the arrival date on your certificate will be that day.

The Arrival Certificate must be sent by email (rifts@ucm.es) for signature. We will send it to your UCM account  as soon as we have it electronically signed by the Vice-Deanship of International Relations.

If you are an Erasmus+ student, you must send this Arrival Certificate to your home university.
