Learning agreement - Exchange Students
Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) OLA is the digital system used for the management of Erasmus+ academic agreements. Most European universitaties are connected to this platform, allowing the Learning Agreement to be processed online with digital signatures between institutions.
Complutense University of Madrid uses this Online system (OLA) for the management and approval of Erasmus+ Learning Agreements.
| At the Faculty of Social Work, the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) is signed by the Vice-Dean for International Relations, Mª Dolores Domínguez García. Students must enter her details as the "Responsible person at the Receiving Institution", as well as the start and end dates of the semester, including the examination period. Please refer to the academic calendar. |

Students should consult their home institution regarding the procedure and requirements for the Learning Agreement, as well as discuss the academic recognition of the proposed courses with their academic coordinator. A draft Learning Agreement signed by both the student and the academic coordinator of the home institution must be attached to the application form. Following administrative acceptance, the Learning Agreement will be reviewed and formally signed by the Receiving Institution.
If the home institution is not connected to the OLA system, the Learning Agreement should be completed in PDF format and properly signed and stamped by all relevant parties.
| Only the courses included in the approved Learning Agreement and any subsequently approved amendments will be enrolled |
