Students should complete their Online Learning Agreement following the procedure established by their home institution. Before completing the Learning Agreement, they are strongly advised to discuss the academic recognition of the proposed courses with their academic coordinator at their home institution. 

a) If the home institution is connected to the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) network, the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) will be exhanged electronically with UCM. No additional submission through a UCM portal is required.  

b) If the home institution is not connected to the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) network ot the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) system, the Learning Agreement should be completed in PDF format and duly signed by all relevant parties. If manual signatures are used, the document must also bear the official institutional stamp. The PDF format is accepted only  in exceptional cases and must be duly justified.

Students may upload either, depending on the procedure established by their home institution:

• a draft Online Learning Agreement(OLA) or 
• a draft Learning Agreement in PDF format. 

Students will only be enrolled in the courses included in the approved Learning Agreement and any subsequently approved amendments.
